Cancellation and Refund

At MAXCOM STORE, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our users. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding subscription cancellations and refunds. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Cancellation Policy

  1. Free Basic Plan

    • The Basic Plan is free with no time limits. You can continue to use it without any charges.
  2. Paid Plans

    • Paid plan subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically every 30 days.
    • You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing Section in your account dashboard.

What Happens When You Cancel:

  • Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the free Basic Plan.
  • You will retain access to your store and orders, but features exclusive to Paid Plans will no longer be available.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Refund Eligibility

    We generally do not offer refunds for Paid Plan subscriptions. However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

    • Platform Issues: If you are unable to use the platform due to technical issues caused by MAXCOM STORE that we are unable to resolve.
    • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or for a plan you did not subscribe to.
  • Non-Refundable Cases

    Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

    • Change of mind after subscribing.
    • Failure to cancel the subscription before the next billing cycle.
    • Partial use of the service within the billing period.

3. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your account details (email and username).
  • The reason for your refund request.
  • Any relevant supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots of errors).

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and eligible refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Downgrade Policy

If your payment fails or you choose to downgrade:

  • You have 7 days from the payment due date to retry the payment.
  • If payment is not made within this period, your account will be downgraded to the free Basic Plan.
  • Downgrading will not delete your store or data, but access to Paid Plan features will be restricted.

5. No Hidden Fees

At MAXCOM STORE, there are no hidden fees. You only pay the subscription price when signing up for a Paid Plan. We do not charge transaction or cancellation fees.
